Veritas Mk.II Honing System Guide 05M09.01 for Precision Sharpening

The Veritas Mk.II Honing System Guide features an innovative blade registration system that squares and sets the blade with ease. It offers three configurable bevel angle ranges: high angle (25° to 54° in seven increments), standard (15° to 40° in six increments), and a back bevel option. The registration jig slides onto the guide body, centering and squaring the blade via an integral fence. Its clamping mechanism is designed to accept flat and tapered blades, as well as those with irregular geometry. The three-position eccentric roller allows for quick and accurate honing of micro-bevels with a simple turn of the knob. This guide accommodates chisels and blades ranging from 6mm to 72mm wide and up to 13mm thick, including spokeshave blades. Please note, a sharpening stone is not included.
