- High-density cotton non-woven fabric filters out hair and residue.
- Activated carbon particles effectively remove chlorine and odours.
- Ion exchange resin filters out heavy metals and enhances the taste of the water.
- PP grid prevents hair and larger particles from contaminating the water.
Each filter should be replaced every 60 days when using Smart Mode or every 30 days in Normal Mode, although actual replacement times may vary based on filter status. An indicator on your device will alert you when a replacement is necessary. It is recommended to soak each new filter in clean water for at least 10 minutes before installation. For best practices, clean the fountain and replace the water weekly during the summer and every 2-3 weeks in other seasons to extend the life of both the fountain and filter.
