OBD2 mode requires a compatible vehicle that supports the OBD protocol and does not work with OBDI or JOBD. In contrast, GPS mode is suitable for all vehicles.

Compatibility
This heads-up display is only compatible with gasoline vehicles that support OBDII and EOBD protocols, which have been standard since 2008. It is not compatible with diesel vehicles or specific brands such as Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and select European models.
For GPS mode to function correctly, a minimum of five satellite signals must be acquired. While in low signal areas, such as underground parking, the display may show inaccuracies until normal signal conditions resume. To conserve power, it is recommended to unplug the OBD cable if the vehicle is unused for an extended period.
