Product Details

Dynamax DPF Air Jet Fluid is a unique heavy-duty cleaning fluid tailored specifically for the maintenance of clogged Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). This concentrated solution is designed for on-car application, allowing technicians to clean filters without the need for removal. Prior to use, ensure the exhaust system is functional and free from leaks.

Cleaning Procedure:

  • Remove the temperature and/or pressure sensor.
  • Dilute the fluid with water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 litre of cleaner to 3 litres of water). For heavier contamination, use a 1:2 ratio.
  • Fill the air jet gun with the diluted fluid and set the pressure to between 2.5 and 4.0 bar.
  • Start the engine and allow it to idle during the cleaning process. Spray the product at 5-second intervals through the removed sensor opening.
  • It’s advisable to use at least 500 ml of product, depending on the level of contamination. Repeat if necessary.
  • Reinstall the sensors and conduct a test drive. Any soot that is dissolved during the cleaning will be burned off during regular regeneration.

    • The cleaner remains effective for three years from the manufacturing date printed on the bottle. Dimensions are 12 x 5 x 23 cm and weight is 1.2 kg.
