Product Overview
This Blue Water Temperature Gauge is designed to fit a standard 2″ (52mm) mounting hole. It operates on a 10-15V DC power source and features a clear LED indicator for easy visibility of the temperature readout. The gauge is equipped with a built-in warning light that activates when the water temperature exceeds 100°C, providing an important alert for temperature regulation.
Installation Instructions
To install the gauge, follow these steps:
- Mount the gauge into a 2″/52mm diameter hole or compatible custom panel, using the included mounting clamps.
- Drill 3/8″ diameter holes and use rubber grommets where necessary for pressure or vacuum lines.
- Connect the nylon pressure line to the fitting at the back of the gauge using the adaptor, ferrule, and compression nut, guiding the line through the grommets to the engine compartment.
- Connect the pressure line to the engine’s pressure port using the appropriate adapters.
- Attach the light socket assembly by connecting one wire (yellow) to the dashboard lighting circuit and the other wire (black) to a suitable ground point.
