2 Hardy Drosera Capensis Sundew Plants in 9 cm Pots

The Drosera capensis, commonly known as Cape Sundew, is a winter-hardy carnivorous plant renowned for its ability to thrive both indoors and outdoors in full sun. Supplied in 9cm pots, these plants are easy to care for and require moisture; keeping them on a dish filled with water is a practical method for ensuring proper hydration. If the plant appears to lose its ‘dew’, this indicates a need for increased humidity, and relocating it to a more humid environment or covering it with glass can be beneficial. Additionally, this species of sundew does not require fertilisation, making it an ideal choice for gardeners seeking low-maintenance plants. Globally, Drosera represents one of the largest genera of carnivorous plants, with diverse species found on every continent except Antarctica.
