The S&S Diesel Motorsport Gen2.1 CP4.2 Disaster Prevention Kit is engineered to enhance fuel system protection for 2011-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6.7 Power Stroke Diesel engine. This second-generation kit improves upon the original, which has already protected thousands of injectors from CP4 debris since its launch in 2016. With all OE-style quick connect lines, there’s no need to cut the factory supply line — a significant debris entry point. Moreover, the main fuel supply line is split into two lines 25 inches away from the CP4 pump, significantly reducing the risk of contaminated fuel back-feeding into the clean fuel line. The Gen2.1 kit also features a billet return filter head that accepts Donaldson P550943 spin-on filters, effectively preventing any debris from reaching the tank or supply lines.
