Product Details
Natural Green Moss
Compressed from naturally sun-dried forest moss, this bedding is safe and organic. It can be disposed of in your outdoor garden after use, where it will decompose naturally. The carefully hand-picked moss contains minimal dust and impurities, ensuring a healthy habitat for your pets during hibernation and hatching.
Absorption and Moisture Retention
The moss expands rapidly when immersed in water, becoming fluffy and soft. This feature increases humidity and breaks down odours and waste, creating a clean living environment suitable for reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates.
Encouragement of Natural Digging
The soft texture of this moss bedding promotes natural digging behaviours in burrowing animals, such as small rodents and hamsters. It provides a safe environment for these pets to hide, explore, and create cosy nests for sleeping, breeding, and hibernation.
Wide Application
This natural sphagnum moss retains organic substances and nutrients, making it breathable and a perfect substrate for snakes, tortoises, lizards, geckos, and snails. Additionally, it can be used as a planting medium to nourish garden plants or as decorative surface dressing in pots.
