This 20-pound bag covers up to 10,000 square feet for overseeding an existing lawn or approximately 3,330 square feet for establishing a new lawn. Plant the seeds in areas receiving about 4 to 6 hours of sunlight during early spring or fall for optimal results. Users can anticipate visible growth within 8 to 16 days, effectively aiding in the repair of bare spots. The Rebels brand, launched in 1979, revolutionised turf-type tall fescue with the introduction of the original ‘Rebel’ grass. Its enhanced root system contributes to better drought resistance compared to traditional tall fescue. The current varieties boast roots up to 40% deeper than ordinary grass, ensuring a more resilient lawn that bears the prestigious Pennington name.
