Application Instructions
1. Ensure the microscope is powered on and set to low magnification. Adjust the light intensity and locate the target area on the slide.
2. Apply a drop of immersion oil to the slide to cover the observation field.
3. Switch to the oil immersion objective lens and observe the specimen carefully.
4. After use, return the stage to its lowest position and gently wipe the lens with xylene to remove the oil.
5. Turn off the microscope after completing the observation.
