Constructed from heat-treated 0.08 inch (2mm) thickened carbon steel, this tool is built to last. It features ergonomic, non-slip handles that provide proper leverage, making it easy to apply pressure while squeezing the rivet. This design is particularly helpful for users with smaller hands or limited strength, as it allows for two-handed operation if needed.
The rivet gun is suitable for various DIY applications such as riveting plastic, metal sheets, and wood. It’s an excellent choice for both novice and experienced riveters alike. However, please take note that this tool is not recommended for all-steel 3/16 in. (5mm) diameter rivets or stainless steel rivets, as they are not compatible with manually operated rivet tools.

If a larger rivet is accidentally inserted into a smaller joint and gets stuck, you can snap off the head of the rivet and attach a 4.8mm rivet head to allow the spike bar to fall out easily.
