The Gorilla Waterproof Caulk & Seal 100% Silicone Sealant offers a strong seal against water, air, and moisture, making it perfect for various applications, including kitchen and bathroom use. This sealant is ready for water exposure in approximately 30 minutes, ensuring you can quickly complete your projects. It is resistant to mould and mildew, doesn’t yellow, shrink, or crack over time.
Note: Do not apply on wet, damp, frozen, or contaminated surfaces. It is not paintable and should not be used in underwater applications, aquariums, or on metals sensitive to corrosion. For best results, apply at temperatures above 40°F (5°C) and ensure all surfaces are clean. For gaps larger than ½ inch, a backer rod is recommended.Usage Instructions
1. Unscrew the cap, fold, and screw on the nozzle. Cut to the desired bead size.
2. Apply sealant, pushing the bead ahead of the nozzle, and smooth the bead immediately after application before a skin forms.
3. Clean excess wet sealant with a dry cloth; isopropyl alcohol may be used for cleaning according to the solvent manufacturer’s instructions.
Storage
Tightly replace the cap after use to prevent curing and store in a cool, dry location. For re-use, remove any cured sealant from the nozzle.
