Product Details
Product Details
The FEED GARDEN Heavy Duty Plant Hooks are built from premium heavy-gauge steel and feature a reinforced triangle structure to ensure they can safely hold up to 44 lbs. These hooks are perfect for hanging large flower baskets, heavy bird feeders, lanterns, and wind chimes, providing superior load-bearing stability without the risk of bending or sagging.
Exact Dimensions
The hooks extend 8″ out from the wall and stand 6″ tall, while the opening accommodates items with a diameter of 1″, making them versatile for various hanging applications. They are available in other sizes including 6, 10, 12, 14, and 15 inches.
Durable Finish
The hooks are finished with a rust-resistant black powder coat that is baked onto the steel to prevent chipping. This ensures that the hooks maintain their sleek appearance even when exposed to rain and sun. For coastal or moisture-heavy environments, it is advisable to wipe the hooks dry after storms and touch up any deep scratches to keep the finish sealed.
Installation
Installation is quick and easy with the included four 1.2″ galvanized steel screws and four wall anchors, suitable for mounting into wooden fence posts, deck columns, or interior studs. For brick or concrete walls, the provided anchors should be used. In cases where the hooks need to support close to 40 lbs, it is recommended to use 2.5″-3″ exterior screws driven into the framing behind surfaces like vinyl siding or stucco. The edges of the screws are deburred to prevent injury during installation.
Versatile Usage
These hooks work well in both indoor and outdoor settings. Outdoors, they can be used for hanging flower baskets, bird feeders, wind chimes, string lights, and seasonal wreaths. Indoors, they can accommodate macramé planters, trailing pothos, and decorative mobiles in living spaces, entryways, or bathrooms.
