The FASS Titanium Series introduces the XWS-3002 Extreme Water Separator, designed for superior fuel filtration with an impressive 2 microns absolute rating for water separation. Unlike its predecessors, this separator operates without a drain, as its filter element is capable of trapping water directly. To achieve optimal performance, the XWS-3002 must be used alongside the PF-3001 Particulate Filter, which is rated at 144 microns. This setup must not be combined with older models such as the FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020. When updating your filtration system, ensure that the XWS-3002 is installed on the pressure side of the pump while the PF-3001 is positioned on the suction side. For installation guidance, refer to the location diagram provided with the new filters.
