Our Review
The Evans EQ Double Pedal Patch stands out as an excellent choice for drummers seeking to enhance their performance while protecting their bass drum heads. This patch, designed for double pedal setups, softens the attack slightly while reinforcing the drum head, effectively maintaining sound quality without compromising sustain or low-end frequency. Its non-slip black nylon material not only adds durability but also helps to ensure a consistent performance across various playing styles.
Musicians who frequently play with double pedals will find this patch particularly beneficial, as it guards against pedal fatigue, prolonging the life of their bass drum head. The capability to increase attack while preserving sound integrity sets it apart from typical patches, making it a valuable addition to any drummer's setup.
