The Allturn Plastic Welder is designed for users needing to repair thermoplastics efficiently. The kit comes with a black tool bag containing a 110V-US plastic welder, an M8 cutting tip, a knife, two hot smoothing tips (M6), 38 multi-type welding rods, and 800 plastic welding staples (200 each of flat, wavy, M-type, and V-type). The M6 and M8 tips serve as auxiliary repair accessories only. Users are advised against prolonged continuous use, operating it for no more than five minutes at a time and allowing it to cool down afterward.
For ease of use, after loading the welding staples, it takes just 1-2 seconds for the staples to reach a maximum temperature of 1380°F and the hot wiping head to reach 900°F in five seconds, enabling efficient plastic repair work after a few practice runs. The welder is suitable for repairing car bumpers, garbage cans, water tanks, dashboards, light sockets, plastic rings, and radiators, as well as for DIY plastic projects.
Safety features include a UL-certified power cord and an internal overheating protection device, which prevents the tool from functioning when it overheats. It can be resumed once the temperature has lowered. The device also has a stylish patented appearance (Patent No. D970324).
