Our Review
The Philips Avent Natural Response Nipples stand out for their innovative design that aligns closely with a baby's natural feeding rhythms. The unique opening and tip allow milk to flow through only when the baby actively drinks, mirroring the breastfeeding experience. This feature not only encourages self-regulation in feeding but also significantly reduces the risk of overfeeding, which many parents highly appreciate.
These nipples also incorporate an anti-colic valve that effectively keeps air away from the baby’s tummy, addressing discomfort during feeding. The no-drip design ensures that there is minimal mess, providing peace of mind for caregivers. This thoughtful construction means that these nipples are ideal for both breast and bottle feeding, making transitions smoother and helping to accommodate babies’ varying feeding needs.
Best suited for parents looking for a reliable and well-engineered option for their little ones, these nipples come highly recommended. If you're seeking a product that promotes a healthy feeding rhythm and minimises colic, the Philips Avent Natural Response Nipples are a top choice.

Product Details
Each nipple has a no-drip design to prevent wasted milk, giving parents peace of mind during feeding times. Additionally, the integrated anti-colic valve is designed to channel air away from the baby’s tummy, helping to reduce colic and discomfort.
Philips Avent offers a range of flow rates from 1 to 5, enabling parents to customise feeding to their baby’s needs as they grow. If milk leaks or the baby gulps excessively, a lower flow can be used. Conversely, if the baby seems frustrated or uninterested, a higher flow may be appropriate. It’s natural for babies to take a few tries to adapt to a new bottle.
These nipples are compatible exclusively with Philips Avent Natural baby bottles. To further reduce environmental impact, Philips has transitioned to 100% responsibly sourced paper packaging for their nipples, resulting in a significant reduction in plastic waste.
