The RAPTOR Bed Liner Kit is a 2K urethane system designed for robust, flexible, and enduring protection against various environmental factors. The kit contains four 24 oz. bottles of black urethane base and one 32 oz. hardener, which, when mixed in a 3:1 ratio, provides excellent coverage of up to 125 sq. ft., making it suitable for standard 8′ truck beds. Its formulation resists stains, scratches, and corrosion while remaining flexible to minimise road noise and vibrations. This UV-resistant tintable bed liner maintains its deep black colour under sun, rain, or snow. The application process is simple: fill, shake, and spray using a compressor capable of 8 CFM at 50-60 PSI, or apply using a brush or roller for a custom textured finish. The product dries to the touch in approximately 1 hour and fully cures in 5-7 days, enabling multiple coats to be applied quickly. Ideal applications include truck beds, trailers, undercoatings, boats, and more. The RAPTOR 0820V kit is compliant with VOC regulations in all 50 states, ensuring its use is trusted worldwide for surface protection. Optional skid-resistant additives can be included for enhanced traction as needed.
