Mountainpeak Mid Rear Frame Repair Kit for 96-04 Toyota Tacoma

This Mountainpeak mid rear frame repair kit is specifically designed for 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma models, including both Regular Cab and XtraCab configurations, as well as the Double Cab versions for the years 2000-2004. The kit is made from 11 gauge high carbon steel, precision CNC cut to ensure a thicker and sturdier frame reinforcement than the original material. It measures 35.5 inches in length and is equipped with a zinc-coated surface treatment that effectively prevents rust, providing enhanced durability and longevity for your vehicle.

Installation Instructions

To install, you will need to remove the rear axle bump stop while ensuring that the bed remains in place. Once prepared, the kit can be installed and welded into the frame location starting after the rear fuel tank crossmember and extending to the rear bed mount.

Durability and Protection

This rust repair kit not only addresses existing frame issues but also restores the structural integrity of your Toyota Tacoma, helping to ensure long-lasting protection against future rusting and wear.
