Product Overview
This torque converter clutch kit fits 3/4″ straight crankshaft engines, including Predator 212cc, Hisun 196cc, Honda GX200 and their clones. Suitable for applications such as Baja Warrior, Baja Heat, Coleman CT200U/BT200X, and non-live axle karts. Please confirm your shaft size before ordering, as it is not compatible with 5/8″ or 1″ shafts.
Installation Instructions
When installing, ensure the arrow side of the belt faces DOWN. The required center distance for the kit is between 6-15/16″ and 7″. A break-in period of 3-5 no-load cycles is necessary before reaching full throttle, as failure to do so may result in slipping, overheating, or early belt failure. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely, as loose bolts can cause damage.
The plastic cover included is not pre-cut for a chain hole, meaning you will need to customize it accordingly to fit your application. In case the chain contacts the frame or rear plate during installation, using a riser plate may assist but is not guaranteed to work for every setup.
