The Ring Intercom Video transforms any traditional intercom into a smart device. With its real-time video streaming feature, you can see who is at your building entrance from anywhere. This allows you to communicate with visitors and remotely unlock your entrance, ensuring you never miss anyone important.
This intercom supports Two-Way Talk, enabling you to speak to guests and grant access to deliveries or family through your smartphone. You can replace physical keys with secure virtual Guest Keys, which can be easily managed via the Ring app. This includes setting access schedules for trusted visitors, like cleaners or caregivers, and the ability to instantly revoke access when needed.
Additionally, the system offers pre-set Quick Replies to greet visitors and lets them leave voicemails for you to review at your convenience (voicemail requires a separate Ring subscription). The device is compatible with Alexa, allowing you to control it using voice commands, which is particularly helpful when your hands are full.
Security is a priority with the Ring Intercom Video, featuring multiple layers of encryption and instant access control to provide peace of mind around the clock. Its design allows for quick installation, whether you own or rent, with no permanent changes required to your existing intercom system.
