Kenable Quad 4 Port Cat6 Wall Plate Double Gang Socket White (RJ45)

Transform your home or office networking setup with this professional-grade quad port RJ45 wall plate from Kenable. Designed for permanent installations, this Cat6-compliant faceplate provides four connection points in a single double gang unit, making it perfect for areas requiring multiple wired network connections, such as home offices, entertainment centres, or server rooms. The faceplate accepts standard Euro module keystones and RJ45 jacks, giving you complete flexibility during installation. Whether you’re running a new network or upgrading existing infrastructure, the modular design means individual ports can be added, replaced, or reconfigured without changing the entire plate. Each port supports Cat6 specifications, delivering reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance of up to 1000Mbps. Installation is straightforward when following best practices for structured cabling. Use solid core network cable for in-wall runs and under floorboards, as it maintains signal integrity over longer distances better than stranded cable. At your central point, terminate cables into a patch panel for organised, easily maintainable connections. The keystones accept cables using an IDC punch-down tool, with colour-coded terminals matching standard T568A or T568B wiring schemes. The clever design pierces cable insulation automatically and trims excess wire, though a hook tool allows cable removal if adjustments are needed. The white finish suits any décor, whilst the robust construction ensures long-lasting performance. Fits standard UK double gang back boxes and buttress boxes for secure wall mounting. Whether you’re a professional installer or a confident DIY enthusiast, this faceplate delivers the neat, permanent solution that wireless simply cannot match for bandwidth, reliability, and future-proofing your network infrastructure. Supplied with full installation instructions to guide you through the fitting process, ensuring professional results even for first-time installers.
