It is designed exclusively for use with Guinness NITROSURGE cans, creating perfectly formed nitrogen bubbles that enhance the flavour.

How to Use the NITROSURGE Device

  • Connect: Open a cold NITROSURGE can, align the device nozzle with the can opening, and push firmly into place.
  • Activate: Press the power button; the device’s Guinness Harp will illuminate to indicate readiness.
  • Pour: Follow the two-part pour method for the perfect Guinness.

    • Charging and Cleaning

    To charge, pull back the waterproof rubber seal and connect the provided micro-USB lead to a 5V DC adaptor (plug not included). Full charging takes 8 hours, but a quick 10-minute charge allows for 2-3 pints. Clean the device under warm running water after each use, using the supplied brush for the nozzle.
