Product Details
Product Details
This set includes 25 M10 x 50 mm strong galvanised satellite anchors complete with Mungo wall plugs and heavy-duty coach screws equipped with a 13 mm hex bolt head. Each anchor is engineered for outdoor use, featuring a hot-dip galvanised steel structure that ensures corrosion protection for 50 to 100 years, making it ideal for applications exposed to moisture and environmental challenges.
Advanced Nylon Expansion
The polyamide PA6 plugs are designed with an M-Teeth configuration for immediate grip and anti-rotation wings, preventing spinning in softer materials. They expand radially for a secure fit in various surfaces, including concrete, brick, stone, and engineering masonry.
Versatile Applications
These anchors can be driven directly into timber without separate anchors, or you can utilise the included Mungo-style wall plugs for solid masonry installations. Suitable for mounting shelving, racking, and other medium to heavy fixtures, they provide robust support across multiple surfaces.
Heavy-Duty Performance
The 50 mm length of each anchor delivers a torque capability of 40-60 Nm, ensuring high pull-out resistance from gimlet point threading and a broad hex head compression. This makes them suitable for demanding mounting scenarios.
Easy Installation
To install, simply drill a 10 mm diameter hole to a depth of 55-60 mm, insert the nylon anchor with knock-in protection, and tighten the coach bolt using a 13 mm spanner or socket wrench. This ensures secure through-fixing or pre-installation methods.
Complete Hardware Kit
This package includes matching zinc-plated Form A repair washers and high-quality polyamide wall plugs, making it well-suited for both DIY home improvement projects and professional trade installations.
