Usage Instructions
To use the CAFFETTIERA, start by placing it on a flat surface. Pull the plunger out of the carafe and add coarsely ground coffee at a ratio of one rounded teaspoon per cup (4oz) of water. Pour hot water (about 92-96ºC) into the carafe, leaving a gap of 2.5cm (1 inch) at the top. Stir gently with a plastic or wooden spoon, then cover with the plunger unit and brew for four minutes before pressing down slowly. Turn the lid to open the pour spout, and enjoy your coffee.
