- Four different sizes: 2.8x8mm, 3.2x8mm, 3.5x10mm, and 4x10mm with 3/8″ 82° countersink holes.
- 1/4″ hex wood drill bits and a hex auxiliary wrench for versatile drilling applications.
- Constructed from high-quality aluminium alloy and synthetic hard material, ensuring good cutting properties, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
Designed for up to 1,000 holes while maintaining sharpness. The newly redesigned four-flute taper drill features a depth stop for quick plate opening and enhanced efficiency. Countersinks are adjustable in length using a cross scale, allowing for precise drilling based on different screw lengths, which effectively reduces surface damage.
The countersink drill features a unique spiral blade design that promotes rapid chip removal and prevents dirt accumulation, making woodworking smoother and more efficient. It is particularly suitable for natural wood, chipboard, synthetic fibreboard, plywood, and MDF. For optimal results with smooth edges, a low speed of approximately 200 RPM is recommended. Please note that this countersink is not suitable for metal and steel plates.
