Timber Drum Co. Slapstick 18″ Instrument for Percussion Effects

The Timber Drum Co. Slapstick is an expertly crafted percussion instrument made in the U.S.A., featuring solid Tennessee hickory that creates a sharp attack reminiscent of a whip crack. Designed to be played with one hand, it allows for simultaneous play of other instruments, making it versatile for concerts, orchestras, and musical performances. The slapper combines two pieces of hickory for an authentic sound effect without compromising on quality or durability. The natural oil finish enhances the wood grain, while the unique dimensions—7 mm for the lower piece and 1 cm for the upper—produce a battery of tones that are both musical and ear-friendly. The overall length of 18 inches ensures an ample volume that carries well in larger venues. **Product Details:** – Constructed from locally sourced Tennessee hickory with exceptional durability. – Ergonomically designed handle ensures comfort and ease of play, reducing any fumbles. – Nickel-plated steel spring hinge allows for responsive playing, matching your dynamics with precision.
