Users can easily programme the device by rotating the dial to set various parameters including the clock, watering frequency, duration, and start time. The timer offers flexibility, allowing for watering frequencies from 1 minute up to 23 hours and 59 minutes, or set to 1 to 7 days for regular schedules.
This timer supports three watering modes: under ‘Auto’ mode, it operates on a daily schedule set by the user; ‘Manual’ mode allows for immediate watering for any duration up to 23 hours and 59 minutes; and a ‘Rain Delay’ function can postpone watering by 1 to 7 days, automatically resuming afterward.
A larger LCD display enables easy reading, and the child lock feature helps prevent unintentional operations. Powered by 2 AA 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included), the timer can run for over six months.
Constructed with IP55 waterproofing and a sealed battery cover, it includes connectors made with 35% fibre material to ensure strong resistance against high water pressures, featuring a reducing hex bushing (3/4″ Male NPT to 1/2″ Female NPT), a 3/4 inch GHT male thread, and thread seal tape for versatile fittings to prevent leakage.
