Product Details

Safer’s Insecticidal Soap uses potassium salts of fatty acids to effectively control a range of soft-bodied insects that harm plants, such as aphids, mealybugs, spider mites, and whiteflies. When applied, the soap weakens the insects’ protective outer layer, leading to dehydration and death. This ready-to-use formula does not harm beneficial insects like ladybugs and praying mantises when used as directed. It is suitable for houseplants, ornamental foliage, flowering plants, and fruits and vegetables. For best results, thoroughly cover all plant surfaces, including the undersides of leaves, and reapply every 7-10 days when pest presence is noted.
