Valterra 200-CU20 2-Inch PVC Swing/Spring Check Valve

The Valterra 200-CU20 union check valve is constructed from clear schedule 40 PVC (polyvinyl chloride), providing both strength and a high level of resistance to corrosion and mild chemicals. It features an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) seal that is specially formulated to withstand degradation caused by both water and oils. This swing/spring valve can be installed in any position and has 2-inch slip connections at each end, which require adhesive for secure fastening. It boasts a maximum pressure rating of 150 pounds per square inch (psi) and a spring tension of 1/2 lb., ensuring reliable closure of the valve when flow reverses or stops. Suitable for use in applications including landscape irrigation systems, pools and spas, as well as aquaculture and general-purpose uses, this check valve is designed to restrict fluid and loose material flow to one direction.
