The use of colour cues—green for wake and red for sleep—provides a simple yet effective way for young children to learn about their sleep routines. Parents report significant improvements in their kids' bedtime behaviours, making mornings much more manageable.

This clock is particularly well-suited for toddlers who are transitioning from crib to bed, as it fosters independence while addressing common sleep challenges.
