The acrylic lid has 92% light transmittance, allowing clear visibility of the materials inside while they undergo defoaming.
The vacuum gauge measures a range of 0-30 inHg, ensuring accurate monitoring of the vacuum levels. Additionally, the chamber comes with a 5-foot reinforced vacuum hose that connects directly to a vacuum pump using a 1/4″ SAE fitting. This hose is built to withstand pressures up to -29.92 inHg and includes swivel ends for straightforward installation, eliminating the need for constant re-plugging.
Important Notes: The acrylic lid is not suitable for use with stabilization resins, alcohol, ethanol, acetone, or acrylic-based monomers and polymers, as these substances can cause the lid to crack. For these applications, purchase the BACOENG Tempered Glass Lid vacuum chamber instead. Additionally, it is essential to maintain the temperature of the material inside the chamber below 212℉.
