Compatibility
This device is compatible with various OBD apps, including Car Scanner ELM OBD2, OBD Fusion, and Torque. Please note that the app is not included, and some features may require a separate purchase. The scanner is suitable for vehicles manufactured in 2006 or later for gasoline engines and 2007 or later for diesel engines in Australia.
Connection and Usability
The OBDCheck BLE easily connects via Bluetooth LE for iOS and Android devices. Users must enable the connection from within the app after setting it to Bluetooth LE. It also supports classic Bluetooth for Android, but Android head units may not be compatible. For use with BimmerCode, it only supports the 2008+ models of E, F, I, and R series. Pre-2008 models are not supported.
