U.S. Solid’s aluminium foil cap liners are designed for effective sealing of glass bottles, providing a reliable barrier that prevents moisture and oxygen entry. Instructions for Use
1. Determine the correct material for your bottle’s mouth (PET, PP, PE, glass, etc.) to choose the appropriate liner.
2. Measure the bottle opening to ensure the right fit.
3. Use an electromagnetic induction sealing machine to apply the liner. Insert the foil into the cap with the silver side facing out. Align the sensing head to the cap and press the switch for around 2 seconds to create the seal.
When removing the cap, the aluminium foil will remain bonded to the bottle, ensuring that your product stays fresh and uncontaminated.
